What to expect your first visit...
1. During your first visit, Dr. Teague or Dr. Wiley will complete a thorough examination to assess your specific condition.
2. Initially, new patient forms will have to be filled out in order to make sure that nothing will be missed. Then the doctors will perform a full history, orthopedic, and neurological examination.
3. Based on the results from the history and exam, a diagnosis and patient care plan will be made. Dr. Teague and Dr. Wiley will work with you in order to come up with a plan of care that works for you and with your schedule.
4. Our number one priority is providing you with a care plan that will benefit and lead you to an active healthy life free of pain and discomfort.
